Mendez, and more. The organization also saw record growth in memberships, mentors and mentees and it was a record-breaking year with scholarships, sponsors, and attendance.

The organization is lead by Catalina Botero, President of HPWA 2019-2020 and Nelcy Baltz, Immediate Past President. Ms. Balz believes it is their growth, legacy and community involvement that has earned the HPWA the Corazones de Car Credit award, and the organization plans to invest the money in their scholarship fund:

“With this $2,000 donation, we will award scholarships to Hispanic Professional Women who will further their education,” said Nelcy Baltz
