Tampa, FL – Tampa used car dealership Car Credit’s “Corazones de Car Credit” charitable organization has selected the Carlos Carrasco Foundation as its monthly winner for October 2019. Corazones de Car Credit, a program which recognizes Tampa Bay area charitable organizations for helping those newly immigrated to the country, awarded the Carlos Carrasco Foundation $2000.

The Carlos Carrasco Foundation is is focused on early education, from birth to 5 years of age.

The Foundation supports the young Tampa Bay community by providing enriching community activities, and offering support to the ones who need it the most in the Hispanic community.

Even though the organization is based on early education, it has extended to support families in Tampa Bay and globally, providing other necessities like health care, food, sporting goods, and sometimes even medications. The organization was awarded this grant for their fruitful job supporting the Tampa community as well as other vulnerable people at the global level.

Carlos Carrasco, President of the Carlos Carrasco Foundation, says “It’s been a privilege to be able to provide scholarships to the Hispanic community in the Tampa area.”

The Carlos Carrasco Foundation plans to dedicate the funds from the $2000 Corazones de Car Credit grant to help children in the community who suffer from cancer.
